About me

I am a psychologist with over ten years of clinical experience, specializing in psychosomatic work. At the core of my practice lies a deep conviction that body and mind do not exist separately — they are one, inseparable whole.

I hold a degree in Psychology from the University of Silesia, completed Hatha Yoga training with Janusz Szopa, and studied photography at the Institute of Creative Photography in Opava. I have also completed a Vipassana meditation course.

I believe that genuine change becomes possible only when we bring care and awareness to all dimensions of human experience: cognition, emotions, the body, and that which is existential — difficult to name, yet felt beneath the skin.

My work integrates classical psychological approaches with a holistic view of the human being. I have completed Level I Biofeedback training, which allows me to support individuals in restoring inner balance, particularly in the areas of emotional regulation and work with the autonomic nervous system.

As a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, I weave breathwork, movement, and somatic awareness into the therapeutic process — subtle pathways that often lead to a deeper meeting with oneself. For me, yoga is more than a technique; it is a path of presence, grounding, and gentle courage. It is a practice of listening — not only to the body, but also to emotions, to stories held in tension, breath, and the rhythm of the heart. An invitation to be here and now, to find oneself amid the noise of everyday life. A space in which the body becomes a map leading back to an inner home.

Meditation has long been — and continues to be — my personal and professional compass. A particularly meaningful place in my heart is held by the experience of Vipassana: a multi-day retreat in silence. It was there, in meeting what is uncomfortable and deeply true, that my belief took root — that change does not come through struggle, but through presence. Through a quiet “yes” to what is, without avoidance and without judgment.

I am also trained as a photographer and continue to develop my practice in the direction of art-based therapy. I see creativity as a gateway to the subconscious — a realm of symbols, dreams, and experiences that cannot always be captured in words. In my therapeutic work, I draw on art therapy tools whenever language proves insufficient, and when the inner world seeks expression through image, gesture, and form.

By integrating these diverse paths — psychology, somatic work, meditation, and creativity — I support individuals facing depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and life crises. Equally important to me is accompanying people in their inner development: in the search for meaning, authenticity, and a deeper connection with themselves.

I walk alongside people in the process of returning to themselves — through the body, awareness, creativity, and presence. I work with attentiveness and respect for each individual’s unique path. My aim is not to lead, but to be there — as a witness, a companion, a mirror.
